We found that the baud rate error of the neje Master 2 series device will cause the device stop working and cannot be connected. In order to solve this problem, we need to download the latest version of neje grbl uploader and reset your device to the baudrate of 38400. The methods are as follows:

Don’t worry that low baud rate will affect the operation of your device. Grbl provides excellent communication buffer and can work normally even at 9600 baud rate.
